    We advertise through multiple paid platforms, email lists, local community pages, and social media to ensure strong attendance and visibility.

  • What about unsellable items?

    After the sale, we’ll discuss options based on your preferences, which may include donation, consignment, or a cleanup service.

  • Do I need to do anything to prepare?

    We encourage you to remove anything you’d like to keep, or personal items (paperwork, photos, etc), otherwise, we handle the sorting, organizing, staging, and selling.

  • How long does the process take?

    Each sale is different, but we typically work in the home for 7–10 days before the sale to stage, sort, and price items. Sales usually run for 3 days.

  • What if I don't need an estate sale?
